Want to continue to playing volleyball after the school season is over? Want to improve your skills and continue to play at a higher level? Join our club this season to compete in our JO Girls Volleyball divisions. We offer two different levels for girls ages 8-18. See below for information on this season's programs.

ALL players on SLAM POWER TEAMS will need to purchase an AAU and NERVA/USAV Membership. REGIONAL TEAMS only need AAU Membership.

Club Level Fees and Expenses

Power Teams (12-18u)
SLAM Volleyball Power Level Teams are great for an experienced/seasoned player who is looking to compete against other teams in the New England Region. Power teams practice 2x per week and compete in 8-9 weekend Tournaments and Convention Center Events in the New England Region.  Each team will have a maximum of 12 players on their roster. Top power teams (designated BLACK) will have the option to practice through June and play in the AAU Nationals in Orlando for an additional fee. Practices begin in mid November. Power season ends on Memorial Day Weekend at the Fun at the Sun tournament at Mohegan Sun CT! Our power teams have a longer season than most and we focus on saving you money. Our teams play in ZERO stay to play events so that you can pick and choose your own travel and are never forced into buying a hotel you don't want or need.

TRYOUTS ARE HELD ON JULY 11/12 WITH CALLBACKS THE FOLLWING WEEK. ALL PLAYERS INTENDING ON PLAYING FOR A POWER TEAM MUST ATTEND TRYOUTS.

Regional Teams (15u to 8u, hoping to make teams as young as 10u)
SLAM Volleyball Regional Level Teams are perfect for the player who is just starting out in the sport or is only able to make a smaller time committment than the power teams. The goal of these teams is all about player growth and development. Regional level teams practice 1x per week on shared courts and compete in 3 single day events and 3 convention center weekend events. Practices begin in early October and the season ends last week of April or first week of May. This level is unique because there are NO TRYOUTS. If you register while there is still space you are guaranteed a spot on a team! The first 6-8 weeks of the season will run much like our Fall Mini Club where we practice all together clinic style, before we separate out into our teams for the season. There will be some room left on the highest teams in each age group for players to move up into if they being to excel past their peers in their initially formed teams. This is a great way to get started in the club volleyball world without the hassle and worry of attending tryouts. Players are trying out for power teams, but want to play for a regional team at minimum should register for the regional teams now. If you make a power team we will transfer your registration and any due paid over to the power team registration. This way you are guaranteed a spot no matter what happens at tryouts.
